Privacy Policy

Privacy notice · Effective October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MSP Pro Tech handles information collected through mspprotech.com and website inquiries. It covers our public website; information handled while providing managed IT or other client services is also subject to the applicable service agreement.

Information we collect

When you request an IT audit, request our checklist or contact us, you provide information such as your name, work email, company, optional phone number and the message you choose to send. Please do not submit passwords, patient information, confidential client records or other sensitive information through these forms.

Website hosting, analytics and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, interaction events and access times. Cookies or similar technologies may store identifiers or preferences on your device.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, provide requested materials, discuss services and follow up on your request. We use technical information to operate the website, understand how it is used, troubleshoot problems and protect forms against spam and abuse.

Forms and service providers

Form information may be stored in our website system and routed through email delivery services to the staff handling your request. Our website uses WordPress and Elementor, together with hosting, email, analytics and security providers. These providers process information needed to deliver their respective services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or the protection of legal rights.

Website analytics and cookie choices

Google Analytics helps us understand website traffic and interactions. Depending on your cookie choices, analytics may collect device, usage and approximate-location information. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and navigation through heatmaps and masked session replays. These insights help us improve website usability and the path to contacting MSP Pro Tech. Clarity masks form-field content, and we additionally mask our forms. Depending on your consent choice, Clarity may use first-party and third-party cookies and pseudonymous identifiers to connect page visits. Microsoft processes usage information under its Privacy Statement, which explains its data use, including product improvement and advertising.

Use the cookie-preference icon on this site to accept, reject or update optional cookie categories. Optional analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you choose to allow them. Clarity can collect limited cookieless usage data while consent is denied; features that depend on cookies are limited. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser. Changing cookie choices does not remove information you already submitted through an inquiry.

Google reCAPTCHA and spam prevention

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA processes technical and interaction information and may set a cookie for security risk analysis. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. We also use spam checks and request limits to protect the forms.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the information involved, the status of your inquiry or business relationship, operational needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Copies may also remain in email systems, provider logs or backups for their retention periods. Contact us to ask about information associated with your request or to request deletion.

We use access controls and website security measures to help protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. For sensitive service-related information, contact us first to arrange an appropriate way to share it.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you have provided, or to ask us to stop optional follow-up communications. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required or permitted by applicable law. Any rights available under applicable privacy law remain unaffected by this policy. You can call or email us instead of using an online form.

Children and external websites

This website is intended for business audiences, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' privacy practices.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
